• 48+ Hours Notice
No charge. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice will not be charged.

 

• 24–47 Hours Notice
50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.

 

• Less Than 24 Hours Notice
100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.

 

• No-Shows
Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge and may require a deposit to rebook future appointments.

 

• Late Arrivals
Arriving more than ___ minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation.
